जिस दिन आपको किसी पथरी रोगी की पथरी निकालनी हो, उस दिन फिर से 108 काले तिल की गोलियाँ मंत्र पढ़ते हुए खा लें। फिर गेंहू के आटे का पेड़ा बनाकर उसके तीन हिस्से कर लें। दो हिस्से पथरी रोगी की नाभि के आस-पास लगा दें और तीसरे हिस्से को शरीर पर घुमाते हुए तीन बार मंत्र पढ़ें। पथरी अपने आप बाहर निकल जाएगी। इस मंत्र का असर 24 घंटे रहता है और आप एक दिन में जितनी चाहें उतनी पथरियाँ निकाल सकते हैं।
