#### साधना विधि

1. **दिशा:** साधना के समय आपका मुख इशान्य दिशा में हो।

2. **वस्त्र:** काले रंग के वस्त्र पहनें।

3. **माला:** सिद्ध रुद्राक्ष या काले हकीक की माला का प्रयोग करें।

4. **शिवलिंग:** पारद शिवलिंग हो तो अच्छा है, अन्यथा कोई भी शिवलिंग प्रयोग करें।

5. **पूजन:** साधना से पहले गुरु गणेश मंत्र से पूजन करें।

6. **सुरक्षा घेरा:** लोहे के कील या चाकू से अपने आसन के चारों ओर "ॐ रं अग्नि-प्रकाराय नमः" मंत्र बोलकर सुरक्षा घेरा बनाएं।

7. **तिलक:** मस्तक पर महामृत्युंजय मंत्र बोलकर भस्म से तिलक लगाएं।

8. **भोग:** साधना पूर्ण होने पर पाच बिल्वपत्र, दुग्ध युक्त जल, अक्षत, गंध, वस्त्र, पुष्प, और लड्डू-बर्फी का भोग लगाएं।

9. **मंत्र जाप:** 11 माला मंत्र जाप करें। साधना एक दिन की है, लेकिन तीन दिन तक करने से सर्व कार्य सिद्ध हो सकते हैं।
